If you’re a fan of paper like myself then you’re bound to love these gorgeous finds!  There are so many ways to make your wedding special and unique so I’d like to share a few examples with you.  Instead of candles why not use paper lanterns?  Instead of real flowers try using some beautiful paper ones.  Paper is so versatile and these are just some examples of how it can be used to create gorgeous and functional wedding day accessories!

We’ve always been a huge fan of Tessa Kim’s beautiful vintage inspired bridal line so we thought we’d share her new 2011 line with you!

Most of her 2011 items are based around a floral theme.  Each flower is hand shaped and hand painted to give you a truly unique and beautiful accessory.  To compliment these beautiful flowers, almost every piece has a vintage aspect incorporated into it including 1920′s and 1950′s velvet leaves, stamens and even silk.  The colour theme is based around pretty blushes, champagnes and creams.  Not getting married?  Tessa Kim also has a line of non bridal items for you!

I’ve been a fan of norakaren on Etsy for a long time now.  Her hand painted wedding shoes are so unique that they are sure to make a statement on your special day.  There are so many design selections available in her store that you will be spoiled for choice and she also takes custom orders so if you have something particular in mind it can be done!  If you’re looking for that wonderful unique accessory to compliment your inner diva then I highly suggest having a look at Nora’s wonderful store for some awe inspiring shoe ideas, shoe lovers beware!

Nora studied graphic and fashion design in Argentina and her passion for painting was inspired by her father who had a love for life and art.  Her work is defined by colour, shine, glitters and fashion styles and she’s inspired by graphic elements found in nature and icons in every new design.  In her own words;

“In 2009 I started a new line of hand painted shoes and it has been a complete success.  I found these creations to be loved by brides and peacock themed weddings and it is my honor and pleasure to leave a piece of me in everyone of this events and it is an honor to participate in some way in one of the most important days of the woman life.”
